      1.This process is applicable formost kinds of thermoplastic products with or without filling.As awater ring formed outside the die set plate , the die set platedoes not contract cooling water, which ensures homogeneous die setplate temperature.Even at very low output, the discharge from thedie set can still remain even and normal.the die set surface hotpelletizing system not only ensure saturated and good lookingappearance of the material grains, it also makes the equipmentstructure compact and reduces equipment space as the materialgrains enter the cooling water ring immediately afterpelletizing.
